About the Owner, Alexa Lechler
With more than 13 years of experience as a travel agent, I’ve built my career around creating seamless, turn-key experiences for clients who value elevated service and thoughtful detail. From custom vacations to full itinerary management, my specialty has always been delivering true peace of mind.
In 2021, I carried that same passion for hospitality into the restaurant world—transforming an old feed mill into a thriving local favorite. What we created wasn’t just a place to eat, but an atmosphere rooted in vibe, culture, and memorable experiences.
Before making Rockport our full-time home, my husband and I spent two years living aboard a sailboat in the Caribbean with our three children—homeschooling, exploring, and learning the beauty of simple, intentional living. That time at sea deepened my appreciation for thoughtful spaces and the kind of quiet hospitality that makes people feel instantly at ease.
Today, I’ve brought all of that experience together through a year-round concierge and home-prep service for coastal homeowners. Designed for second-home owners, luxury renters, or anyone who wants to arrive to a home that feels ready, I handle every detail—from groceries stocked and cushions fluffed to spotless windows, fresh linens, and seasonal décor thoughtfully placed.

The Captain, Derek Lechler
A licensed fishing captain since 2013, Derek has guided families and adventurers across the Gulf Coast and far beyond — including sailing our family safely through the Caribbean for two years. He’s a natural host with a love for the water, beach campfires, and sharing the coastal lifestyle.
Derek oversees all boating and marine services:
